The airport is the main gateway to the Puerto Princesa Underground River, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. Palawan is an airport serving the general area of Puerto Princesa City, located in the province of Palawan in the Philippines and classified as an international airport by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines. President Aquino, recently intended to make the airport one of the primary gateways of the Philippines aside from Clark International Airport in Angeles City and Ninoy Aquino International Airport in the capital Manila.
This is my second visit in Palawan. I experience working in one of the hotels here many years ago. The place is perfect for business and pleasures. I was planning also to come back here with my husband. He likes to travel a lot for both business and pleasure. He is always the one booking my plane tickets when I want to travel alone because he knows more about airplane fares than me because he is a pilot, he had some privileges when booking either business airfares or economy section as well.
